Manufacturing studio — SpaceWare ecosystem
Prototype
Fast.
Build Real.
Physical production for founders, designers, and teams who need speed without sacrificing precision.
01 / What we do
Capabilities
Pick a lane or bring a messy problem — we'll structure it.
3D Printing
Prototypes, functional parts, and small-batch runs. FDM and resin. We help you choose the right process and iterate fast.
Prototyping + R&D
Prototype with purpose: testing plans, iteration notes, and handoff-ready documentation. CAD cleanup and DFM feedback included.
Apparel Mfg.
Screen printing and embroidery for merch, uniforms, and brand drops — with repeatable setups built for scale.
Layer by layer
From file to part — fast.
Send us your CAD file or a napkin sketch. We'll handle print-ready prep, material selection, and get you a first part to hold in your hands quickly.
- ✦ Fit, form, and functional prototypes
- ✦ Material guidance — PLA, PETG, ABS, resin, and more
- ✦ Iteration notes and documentation for each pass
Wearable craft
Apparel that holds up.
Screen printing and embroidery done right — clean registration, durable inks, consistent quality across your run whether it's 12 pieces or 500.
- ✦ Merch drops, uniforms, and brand apparel
- ✦ Repeatable setups for reorders and scale
- ✦ Garment blanks, thread, and ink guidance
02 / How it works
Process
Simple loop: align → build → test → repeat.
Define the target
Goal, constraints, timeline, success metrics. We'll recommend the fastest path to a useful first output.
Build the first pass
Prints, parts, or garments — optimized for learning, not perfection. Fast turnaround, no gold-plating.
Test in context
Fit and function checks, revision notes, documented decision points. Iterate until it's right.
Small batch
Repeatable outputs, basic QC, and clean handoff for parts or apparel. Ready to scale on your timeline.
03 / Common questions
FAQ
What file types do you accept?
STL, OBJ, STEP, and 3MF for 3D printing. AI, PDF, or EPS for screen printing artwork. Embroidery files (DST, PES) or high-res raster for digitizing. If you have something else, send it — we'll figure it out.
What's the minimum order for apparel?
Screen printing typically requires a minimum of 12 pieces per design due to setup costs. Embroidery can go lower. We'll be upfront about minimums when you reach out.
How long does a typical turnaround take?
Simple 3D prints can be same-day or next-day depending on queue. Prototyping projects with iteration cycles are typically 3–7 days. Apparel runs depend on quantity and complexity — usually 1–3 weeks after artwork approval.
Can you help if I don't have a file yet?
Yes — if you have a sketch, photo, or rough description, we can help with CAD cleanup or print-ready prep. For apparel, we can work from mockups or reference images.
What's the connection to SpaceWare Systems?
The Forge is the manufacturing hub within the SpaceWare ecosystem. For deeper R&D or software-linked projects, we coordinate with Labs. Your project stays consistent across the whole system.

What to include
- Objective (fit test, functional, presentation, production)
- Timeline + iteration expectations
- Design files — CAD, vectors, mockups, or reference links
- Material preferences if you have them
- Target quantity (1, 10, 100, etc.)
